2. Our Products
Every Thistle & Ink product is created with care, and many are individually finished or personalised by hand. While we do our best to ensure product images and descriptions are accurate, please note that slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur — these small differences are what make each piece unique.
All products are subject to availability. We may update or discontinue items from time to time as our collections evolve.
3. Ordering & Payment
When you place an order on our website, you’ll receive a confirmation email once your payment has been processed.
All prices are shown in GBP (£).
We accept secure payments through trusted third-party providers such as WooCommerce or PayPal. If we’re unable to fulfil your order (for example, due to stock limits or unforeseen circumstances), we’ll let you know promptly and offer an alternative or a full refund.
4. Delivery
We carefully package all orders to ensure they arrive safely.
- UK Orders: Usually dispatched within 5 working days.
- International Orders: Delivery times vary depending on location.
We’ll always do our best to meet your delivery expectations, but please understand that postal or courier delays are beyond our control.
If you need something urgently for a special event, please contact us — we’ll always try to help.
5. Returns & Cancellations
We hope you love your Thistle & Ink purchase. However, if you change your mind:
- Non-personalised items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
- Personalised or bespoke items (such as custom invitations or printed stationery) cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged upon arrival.
If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch within 7 days of receipt at jaine @ thistle-and-ink.com, including your order number and a photo if possible — we’ll resolve it quickly and with care.
Refunds will be made to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected.
6. Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, copy, and images featured on the Thistle & Ink website are the intellectual property of Thistle & Ink.
You may not reproduce, copy, or use them without written permission. We pour a lot of love into our designs — thank you for respecting that.
7. Privacy & Data
We treat your personal information with respect and care.
Your details are used only to process your orders and communicate with you as described in our [Privacy Policy]. We never sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
8. Liability
We take great pride in our craftsmanship and service, but we cannot accept liability for any loss or damage (except where required by law) that may arise from the use of our website or products.
Our total liability will not exceed the total value of the item purchased.
